Banner - BDM (Banner Document Management)

The aim of this session is to provide staff with the knowledge on how to use BDM, so they can be granted access and start using it in their relevant team.

Pre-requisite course

You will need to have completed Banner - Basics.

Learning outcomes

This tutorial equips you with the tools, knowledge and skills to:

  • Login to BDM via SAAADMS (Admissions Applications)
  • View (RETRIEVE) documents
  • Upload (ADD) documents
  • Index and save documents
  • Add annotations, such a 'rubber stamp' to a document and save
  • Logout
  • Maintain and update the checklist in SAAADMS (Admissions Applications)
